Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The rooms were like suites, very spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially Tom at the reception, was incredibly pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my unusual schedule due to long flight times. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the shopping mall and subway. The dining experience was delicious and eye-appealing. Despite the price, the facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The hotel had perfect rooms with a great view overlooking the airport and surrounding areas. It smelled like young families stayed often, just what we expected. The inside design was impressive.
The hotel is conveniently located next to the skytrain, but rooms stank like smoke and lacked value service. The location is excellent for exploring the Chinese district and enjoying Asian food, yet the shuttle service had long wait times. Although the service was not very friendly overall, it was convenient to have easy access to the Skytrain for city exploration.
The hotel had very comfortable rooms, particularly the beds, duvet, and pillows, despite being extremely dated and dusty. It was a little noisy, and there was mold in the sink. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, although limited to domestic stops only. The location was very convenient with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, especially for Chinese food lovers and those arriving late or early at Vancouver Airport. The dining experience was okay but could have had better-cooked dishes for dinner. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room offered enjoyable views of the airport, Skytrain rail line, and distant snow-capped mountains, but unfortunately, it overlooked a noisy car lot leading to disrupted sleep with multiple car alarms going off during the night.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the carpet could use some attention. The bed was exceptionally cozy, much better than the old sleep number beds. The location was convenient for accessing public transportation and close to amenities, including the airport. The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives with good food choices but slightly overpriced. The service was outstanding, with friendly and efficient staff.
The hotel had a convenient location close to shopping spots and dining places, including being right across from the Aberdeen Center. The rooms were in short supply during the holidays and required an extra effort to access due to stairs or a small elevator. The dining options, while good, seemed expensive for what is typically complimentary at similar hotels.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered enjoyable views towards the airport, the Skytrain rail line below, and distant snow-capped mountains; however, the lack of room service and tea and coffee facilities in the room was a downside. The noise level from the nearby train tracks was bothersome, but the rooms were clean and of average quality.
The hotel's rooms were in need of updating, with old and slightly stained bedding. The musty smell was a bit off-putting, and the lack of children's bed preparation despite booking was disappointing. On the bright side, the separate office setup was convenient for work.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although lacking room service and coffee facilities, were quiet and comfortable, perfect after a long drive. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our safety even in the parking area. The location was convenient for accessing transportation and exploring the Asian food scene in Richmond, with close proximity to shopping areas. While the dining options were limited, the early availability was appreciated. In terms of facilities, the hotel met basic needs but could use some improvement in certain areas.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, offering a perfect view of the airport and surrounding areas. The service was top-notch, especially with their professional and efficient Airport Shuttle. The location was excellent, right in the heart of an intriguing 'China Town' area with easy access to transportation. While the dining experience was decent, I wish the food quality matched the prices better. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean, and had lovely TV with really comfortable beds, making it one of the most comfortable stays I had on my holiday. The service was good and friendly, with an extra touch of helpfulness. The location was excellent, right across the street from a train station and offering easy access to amenities and the airport. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some great food choices but also room for improvement. Overall, it was a value-for-money stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel is conveniently located near Aberdeen Station and Aberdeen Mall, offering easy access to transportation and amenities. The rooms, while spacious enough for three adults and a child, show signs of aging. The service received from the staff was friendly and helpful, although an overcharge incident occurred. The dining options were described as basic, and the location near Asian-themed venues added a unique touch to the stay.
The hotel's rooms were comfortable but disappointing due to dated carpets showing signs of wear. The service was exceptional, especially with the efficient airport shuttle service and friendly staff like Nick. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions. The dining options were limited, impacting the overall experience. The facilities were adequate for a convenient stay.
I stayed at this hotel and found it to be the perfect spot near the airport, facing the river on the eighth floor. The room was clean, but the bathroom could have used a refit. The location, despite not being what I had requested, was ideal for avoiding traffic, being close to the airport, in the center of Richmond, and near a metro station. The dining experience was good but slightly pricey. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor areas for improvement.
